Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Schedule content for optimal posting times and utilize relevant hashtags.
    • Stay updated on social media content trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Community Management:
    • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Moderate online conversations and address negative feedback.
    • Foster brand loyalty and build a strong online community.
    • Run social media contests and giveaways to boost engagement.
  • Social Media Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
    • Analyze data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Generate reports to communicate social media ROI (Return on Investment) to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on social media analytics tools and utilize them effectively.
