Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for creating user-centric designs for digital products, while working a set number of hours per week. This role allows you to contribute your design thinking and execution skills to a team, but with the flexibility of a part-time arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- User Research and Analysis: You might be involved in user research activities like surveys, user interviews, or usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design Thinking and Strategy: Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define design problems, ideate solutions, and develop a design strategy.
- UI/UX Design: Creating user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing and user experiences (UX) that are intuitive and user-friendly. This could involve designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design Iteration and Refinement: Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate on designs and ensure they meet user needs.
- Design Documentation: Creating and maintaining design documentation to ensure consistency and collaboration across the team.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping current with design trends, software updates, and best practices in the field.
